I didn't buy it to whiten teeth
My friend told me to buy it and the bottle says to clean it twice a day for two to three minutes. I just let it stay on my teeth while I walk or the mess of brushing becomes unbearable. I used it twice and thought I was wasting my time. I smiled at my colleague and she asked why my teeth were so white. I've used it for the 3rd time in 3 days and they are noticeably whiter.
