Review on iLCLP by Warrick Dembo

I like that this program allows my customers to earn points when they are shopping with me online or in store, but it can be very time consuming for them if you don't know what your doing! This has saved our business so much money by being able to track their loyalty point history right from one screen instead of having to go back and forth between two different websites/apps etc. We also love how easy it was to set up as well! The only thing we dislike about this software is not knowing exactly who earned which reward at any given moment because there isn't always specific information available regarding each individual customer's account. It does seem however once rewards have already been redeemed though that info becomes more readily known through other methods such as phone calls / emailing support. Our goal here is simply just making sure that everyone feels appreciated while still giving us some incentive to keep coming shop with us again!
