Review on Boat Motor 68D-G5511-00-00 Drive Shaft Short For Yamaha Parsun Outboard F 4HP 5HP 6HP 6E0-45511-01 2/4 Stroke Engine by Todd Adams

The first propeller I bought was defective due to poor workmanship. The key that slides over the propeller drive shaft was not seated properly in the propeller, making it impossible to properly tighten the propeller onto the drive shaft and install the cotter pin on the plastic nut. The rubber molding around the key and in the propeller hub prevented the key from moving into position. The brass slot in the photo should be flush with the top of the bushing. The item was returned due to a manufacturing defect and poor quality control. The supplier sent me a replacement strut free of charge which turned out to be properly made, but I had already purchased the OEM strut at a higher price so I did not install their replacement strut. I thank the company for supporting their product and providing a replacement even after reimbursement of the original cost. They care about their image. That's why I gave them 2 stars.
