Received this in 2014. Three years later the inside of the nozzle is just a little rough. - Plus on the side - Easy to wear and works well for at least a half marathon. Size. -- Disadvantage - it is impossible to penetrate the inner parts of the nozzle for proper cleaning. The bottle, cap/nozzle has been cleaned with each use. However, have "black substances" (fungus?, mould?) accumulated in the nozzle? Bleaching, gentle boiling, microwave didn't help. Worry about what exactly is "growing" in the snot. Are replacement caps/nozzles available? Or a simple and uncomplicated method for cleaning and sterilizing?
