As a result of using this product, I found that it was comfortable to hold and easy to use while running. The ergonomic design made it easy to keep a good grip even when my hands were sweaty. The small zippered pocket allowed me to store my keys or a gel. The only con is that it only holds 10 ounces of water, which may not be enough for longer runs.

This is my first PDA, so I have no comparison. Handle. It also matches its Ergo Lite modifier. The product improvement I would like to suggest is to work on the fit. I often have to work on putting the cap on so that there is no gap between the bottle and the cap at the top. If I don't spend the extra time arguing about it, it will leak out a bit, which is frustrating.

Received this in 2014. Three years later the inside of the nozzle is just a little rough. - Plus on the side - Easy to wear and works well for at least a half marathon. Size. -- Disadvantage - it is impossible to penetrate the inner parts of the nozzle for proper cleaning. The bottle, cap/nozzle has been cleaned with each use.
