I bought these thinking they should work well on multiple platforms. NOT CORRECT! These things worked out of the box once and then went straight to the bottom. I don't know if the problem is with the sound card or if it has been refurbished, but the sound is very quiet even at maximum volume and from just one speaker. The THX surround sound feature is rubbish and doesn't work at all. I tried to use it on PS4, no sound! but the microphone works and people can hear me. Razer has no support for these headphones or a fix for the issue. I will definitely be returning this crap. Spent too much money on it
