Edited Review: After I submitted the review below, Anker Customer Service emailed me and offered to send me another model for free testing: the Soundcore Lite . Turns out I really liked them and the sound quality and mic quality were excellent. Anker then credited the difference in value and said I could keep the gold coin; I didn't have to cause any inconvenience by sending them back. In the end I am a satisfied customer. 4 stars because I wish the Soundcore lite headphones were white (only black is available and black accessories are always hard to find in my purse), but 5+ stars for the great customer support! First review: The sound quality is excellent, but the microphone is rather poor. My callers keep having to ask me to repeat and I just end up transferring the call to the headset because it gets really bad. I would also like to see the sound of a phone call in both earbuds, not just the right one.
