I switched from Apple EarPods to Zolo Liberty after my son asked me not to spend money on "overpriced and overrated AirPods". I've bought many brands when looking for the best true wireless headphones and Zolo+ is my favourite. They pair well with good battery life and are very reliable. However, when I was having trouble connecting to my left earbud after four months, Anker was quick to respond and replaced the device and sent a new pair. Summary: I wanted to try these headphones although there are others that have much more credibility and market share but broke 2 pairs in a row and Zolo will not refund my money. Positives and Negatives Good Experience: I bought my first pair during their Kickstarter campaign and was delighted. UPDATE CS: Anker customer service does everything they can to make it right. We couldn't get the Zolo Liberty+ to work properly due to the improper fit and shape of the ears. We switched to the Soundcore Lite, which has fewer features but is lighter and fits my ear better. Improved rating from 3 to 4 stars for customer support.
