Positives and Negatives Good Experience: I bought my first pair during their Kickstarter campaign and was delighted. However, I received them in a black/champagne color combination, which to my knowledge was only available during the Kickstarter campaign. I liked them so much that I decided to buy another pair as soon as they became available at Revain. Cons: A major drawback I noticed is that only the right Zolo Liberty+ earbuds can be used on their own, while the left earbud's usefulness depends on the right earbud being inserted or turned on. On the other hand, Apple AirPods can be used individually or in pairs. I ordered a second pair in white and ended up losing the headphones I needed. I decided to call Zolo and ask them if I could buy the correct headphones separately. I called the company and spoke to two reps, Kevin and Jenny. They both told me they were sorry for the loss but they had no way of just buying me a real earbud. I can't even use the left earpiece alone. Thus, my white pair became practically useless. Conclusion: Just think carefully about your purchase. It's true that the warranty and support is pretty good, but in my situation now I'm stuck with the left earbuds becoming unusable and not even able to pair, and I can't even buy the Zolo right earbuds. The only other option for me would be to buy another pair. If you end up losing an earbud, hope it's the left earbud since the Zolo Liberty+ earphone's pairing and connection dependency depends on the right earbud.
