Fights dehydration exceptionally well
With a few recipes I need to take that both have dehydration as a side effect, I really needed something that would help me moisturize more effectively. I've tried many options (Optima, Hydrant, DripDrop, Hydrasurge, Kiss My Keto, the more common ones like Gatorade and Powerade etc.) and I've found that Nuun and Hydrant really work best for my dehydration. Nuun has a flavor advantage, it actually has a flavor that I find excellent with both flavors included in the pack. For people who need to watch their sodium intake, Nuun has a little so you might need to be careful, but if you need a very potent hydration with a great taste, Nuun is excellent.
