I love the dress but it does not flatter my curvy shape at 5"5 at 168 with a stomach. I am usually 130 flat tummy. Been eating as I am happily engaged and planning my wedding. I thought I would try on the dress as for my bridesmaids pick but it was not as flattering as I thought. My bridesmaids are shorter than 5”3 and don’t wear heels. So I picked a different dress to avoid alterations. The color is true red not wine hue red. I think it looks great on someone leaner with flat abs or very curvy, tall with no obvious gut. A big tummy looks frumpy in the dress so you can definitely use SPANX! If you are pregnant then I imagine your bump will look amazing because of the firm roundness. The material is comfortable, stretchy, falls heavy on the body, you cannot see through it.good quality.can expect some good warmth in winter but will definitely sweat in summer. I was hot in it trying it on and I was in central air indoors in the summer.
