This product is a total game changer for me. After waking up with a pinched nerve in my neck last summer, I was still experiencing stiffness and limited range of motion (December when I ordered this, so for roughly half the year I was having neck problems). I am pretty active, exercise 5-6x a week, stretch, do yoga, use a foam roller regularly. I honestly didn’t think this product would make a difference for me! I also wondered if I would feel a stretching sensation because my neck and shoulders are flexible with a wide range of motion. I have to describe it not as being stretched, but like putting a pressure point on the occipital nerves and relieves neck tension.
