Review on Flameless Battery Operated Candles Flickering by Carmen Morris

Do not buy this product. The remote control didn't work. I've tried unsuccessfully for seven months to get them to honor the warranty by sending all the information requested, including photos (twice) of the inside of the defective remote control. The last communication from customer support was that they have escalated the issue to upper management for review with an apology "for the inconvenience you may have experienced". (Inconveniences I COULD have?!?) That was 2 months ago. Not a word came from the "top". In short, they love to fool customers. The minor problem is that the instructions for this and related products tell you how to work with another product but not this one.
