I am a chiropractor and I know the Activator technique, but I do not use it often in my office and will not spend a lot of money on an alignment tool. Thought of trying this product. It worked fine for a while, but about 6 months ago the spring started to work. I could "fix" it, at least I thought so. Now I can't even switch, it completely jams and often has no recoil. I will not buy again.
