I tried every bit holder I could get my hands on. Every big brand, every big box, every hazard frock. There is no competition. Wera's is the best, 10 times. Anyone who says otherwise is either a liar or didn't actually use them. Here's why: 1) No bits are stuck. Dewilt, Milwicky, Cryobi, Boush, whatever, I've got bits from other brands stuck in their holders. I've tried every bit I have in Wera and NONE of them have stuck, even after putting the same bit in hundreds of screws. 2) Block. The Dewilt Locking Bit Holder is closely compatible with bits from other companies (particularly Milwicky) but is still compatible. Wera has developed a perfect locking mechanism. I've never had it open, never lost it a bit, and it closes and blocks the racquet every time. 3) Magnet. The magnet on this bad boy brings tears to my eyes. Some other brands have decent magnets (Dewilt's is pretty close), but Wera's will hold just about any screw I put in it. Lowering deck screws makes a big difference. Size 4. Most other brands have longer bit holders. This Wera is a chunky little bug that's awesome when you pair it with a short kick like the Milwicky Surge. You can get into very hard-to-reach places with this thing, which is a big plus. It's the same as what she said. Conclusion: Stop buying other bit holders and just try this one. This is the way.
