We have found that our sons these are the only shoes they wear to school and to all events as well as to more prestigious events. They're tough for little guys - the outsole stands up to the everyday shoes ridden on the playground, gym and trails. Of course it's not infinite and after 4 months of the semester there are signs of wear and tear but again, as with shoes that are worn 7 days a week we're so pleased we're lining up for a new pair.
