With the amount of time I spend using the Oculus Quest 2, the only thing that drives me crazy is the device's lack of battery life. Headset. I looked at the Elite strap with a battery extender that Oculus sells but couldn't justify the price. I searched the internet for ways to swap out my current bracelet to add a battery and found something similar to this one. It was in my price range so I decided to give it a try. I already have an external battery and was so glad it fits in the battery compartment of this strap. The strap is also very comfortable as it has a memory foam pad so it doesn't put any pressure on my head while gaming. The battery itself acts as a counterbalance and takes the strain off my head, which is very important as I have a herniated disc in my neck. This strap was very easy to install as it just snaps into place and stays in place. There is a velcro closure on the top which also ensures a good fit. The rotating wheel on the back also makes it easier to tighten and loosen the headband. Now not only do I feel comfortable with the headset, but I also add another 2 hours to the playtime. I no longer have to charge my headset between games as it lasts so long. If you have an Oculus Quest 2 headset, then this elite headband with battery compartment is a must-have. Excellent goods.
