after all, portable irrigators, apparently, are not ready for a long service yet. this is the fourth one I tried. before that was bbraun, revelin, bwell. bbrown lived for a long time, but he was not thought out in terms of caring for him - after a year he was overgrown and difficult to clean. revelin broke twice during unpacking - fragile plastic. bwell lived twice for 11 months, then took in water and was handed over under warranty. this Philips is the most expensive of them, but lived only a couple of months and stopped - when you press the activation button, only a thin squeak - the motor jammed, it seems.
