It's comfortable, but you have to do it right, otherwise the boobs will come out from under the butt. I could very well have ordered too small but I like the size, I'm 34d 5 1' 130 lbs. The first came with a hook and they quickly picked it up and sent me another within a few days, very happy with the customer service and I bought another one in red.
