Review on Hartz UltraGuard Reflective Collar Puppies by Pete Norris

Over the past few months I have noticed a growing rash on the underside of my dog's neck. She has thin fur, so it's very noticeable. I've been buying these items ONLY from Hartz for over a decade and my family is double the size. Obviously they are made differently now and even I, a skeptic on the matter, was stunned. See what it does without it for just a day or two. The other that came two years later goes in the trash because from what I've seen in other reviews it's 10 times worse for a large number of pets.
