I was so excited when I received this backpack. This is everything I've ever wanted in a handbag. It's spacious, versatile, beautiful, super practical, convenient and inexpensive; However after reading some other reviews I waited a bit before writing my own review to see how it holds up. I read several reviews that said the straps rip at the seams. Mine did. I haven't had any issues with anything other than the stitching of the strap, but that's definitely an issue! I read that others had the same problems. I wanted to love this bag so much but the fact that it isn't that durable is very disturbing. If they had a better guarantee I would probably give 5 stars! Edited: A month after my original review, the straps are more severely torn on both sides and are now very visible. 😭 this is so heartbreaking and frustrating! This wallet works like a 5 star wallet if it didn't have this problem! I want the manufacturer to send me a new one!
