First of all, Heechoo has some of the best customer service you'll get, and I mean that. I bought an actuator from them and they even gifted me another one! They answered ALL my questions while I was developing my product. They also gave me a free clutch replacement for my smaller motor shaft. Second, your product is definitely better than I expected, especially for the price. The ball screw and the linear shafts are very precise and practically free of play. The ball screw nut has a built in preload so there should be no backlash or backlash to the driving forces. I'm not sure how much force it can take, but I'm sure it can take a lot as it's well built for it. Best of all, this particular actuator comes with a set of limit switches, dust cover, motor mount and mounting holes all in one package! This makes it so convenient to use for any application and requires no additional editing! I definitely recommend this product to everyone.
