First of all I would like to say that the customer service is excellent! I'm not an electrician but their service got me up and running in about 10 minutes. For those of you who know how to wire things up once I have some help oh my god it's not hard at all! It doesn't take up much space on the stand where it's placed and I'm very happy with the cleanliness it creates. If you are looking for a reliable and well-functioning DVD player, then this is your choice!
