Review on 🧘 Himalayan Glow Pink Salt Lamp with 5 Stone Massage Balls, Night Light – Wooden Base, 6-8 Pounds by Ahmed Rowe

Nice light and useful

If you've ever used one of those rice or corn bags that can be braced in the microwave, that pink Himalayan salt bowl and warming balls, put this option in a smaller and more customizable package and they will look cool. Salt bowl, light and heat level are adjustable and the heat of the salt balls is generated by contact with the bowl and from close proximity to the light bulb. You can adjust the brightness and therefore the heat, but there is a limit to the amount of heat that can be provided in a home so you won't get much heat from them, you still have to deal with them. While I don't really know the benefits of heating Himalayan salt, I do know the benefits of heat. Nothing compares to a slight heat in the lower back or different trigger points from time to time. Also, this bowl sits on my bar counter from the kitchen to the living room. The shell gives off a nice warm glow when the light is low. WHAT YOU GET: **** The salt shaker itself with a long cord and an adjustable switch. **** 5 salt balls **** 3 lightbulbs. Use one right away, the rest are spares**** INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX: When I received the box it looked a little shabby but everything was fine. Considering it contained breakable balls of salt, a salt shaker and 3 lightbulbs, it was no small feat. The salt balls were wrapped in plastic and it took me forever to get them out. It reminded me of unpacking my first CD case. Also hard brittle plastic. They would grab the edge and it would break. But once everything was set up, everything looked great. These balls need some time to warm up, so you need to turn them on before you need them. Maybe half an hour.
