Very good quality with fIne, precise tip

Very nice tweezers with precise grip at the tip. Able to pick up tiny objects, a single hair or very small splinters. Quality similar to much more expensive surgical instruments

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • Not impressed but not let down. They don’t hold onto things very well but good enough to piss ya off

Not stainless, poor quality.

The item is not actually stainless steel and is highly magnetic. Also in manufacturing they left a steel splinter which I didn’t notice until it stuck in my finger. I had to file it down. For the price if you don’t need stainless, and pay attention to the craftsmanship it might be worth the low cost, but in this instance I actually needed stainless steel. I’ll use them somewhere for something else.

Pros
  • This is sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for. Should last forever.
Cons
  • The heaviness of the forceps may cause hand fatigue during prolonged use, which can result in inaccurate and inconsistent results

Might not be stainless steel but really nice

These were just what I needed for crafting purposes. I know some reviewers were upset about the tweezers not being real stainless steel, but the real problem is trying to buy surgical supplies on Revain instead of from a legitimate surgical supply store that has some level of oversight into the products they carry. For crafting purposes, though, these were perfect. The locking mechanism works well, and my tweezers were smooth (no metal burs from poor machining.) They might rust.we'll see, and…

Pros
  • they were the size we were looking for.
Cons
  • Not Stainless Steel - Buyer beware

Poor quality - my new review

I purchased these primarily because it was the only inexpensive tweezers that had a guide pin to keep the tips aligned. Too bad the guide hole could not slide onto the pin. It was easy to see at 5X magnification that the pin was slightly bent just enough to prevent proper engagement. I used the backside of a locked pocket knife blade to tap the pin and was successful in regaining alignment to make the tweezers usable. How hard is it to keep a pin and alignment hole in the prophet position? Come

Pros
  • Excellent tool. Works great to hold jewelry parts while soldering.
Cons
  • The price point for these forceps may be higher than other similar alternatives on the market, making them less cost-effective for laboratories on a budget

Work great! best in my review

I bought these for gripping pellets to load into pellet air rifles. The pointed tips of the hemostat are perfect for sliding one into the pellet skirt and holding it.

Pros
  • I use this product for sewing. It makes grabbing thread from the bobbin and thru the needle much easier.
Cons
  • The 4.75-inch length may be too short for some laboratory work that requires a greater degree of precision and control
