    Blade Bandsaws

Fairly difficult to open, you'll want to pop out and bite when unpacking. I think that's the only way they can ship it economically. Appears to be good steel. Only time and use will tell. I use it on 1"X and it works great. The tracking setup was very easy as it varies from blade to blade. It was a 1/2" blade, the old one was 1/4".

    Pros
    • Easy to use
    Cons
    • Useless features

So far so good for band saws

I bought this in 1/2" 14 TPI for my 9" Harbor Freight band saw as I mostly make straight cuts. The saw blade isn't to blame but it wasn't very easy to install as the 1. /2" is the absolute limit of the saw. I haven't used it yet but did a few test cuts in hard oak and Baltic birth and the cuts were clean. Will update again if I have any problems.

    • Everything is fine!

    • Hard to say

    Broke on 3rd project

This disc worked well for 1 small bandsaw box (Douglas spruce) and a 1/4" thick seahorse cutout (pine board) on my 3rd project, 3-D Pine Dolphin 2X4 blade broke a The weld on the first cut, I didn't push the saw and it didn't get stuck, I'm not sure I'll be buying more saw blades of this type, but there aren't many options for 62" saws.

    Doesn't last very long

I bought this replacement band saw blade to replace the original blade on my band saw. This band saw was one of my favorite tools. At first it seemed to cut normally, but after a few cuts the blade seemed to have dulled so much that it was difficult to cut. I wouldn't waste my time buying this blade. Just pay more and get a better blade. I think you get what you pay for.

Smooth Cuts - Saws, Parts & Accessories

I consider this blade my roller blade. It's small enough and cuts smoothly enough for some fine thin cuts. I wish the price was better but all blades are a bit more expensive. Due to their small size, they break more often than I think. Maybe it's because the teeth are clogging and overheating, or maybe the voltage is wrong. I can not understand. Either way, it's a good edge.

    • Great Design

    • Vanish

A very useless blade. Waste of money

An unusable blade was a waste of money. It was so tight when I put it on the bandsaw and when I tried sawing it bent to the side. I've never seen such a shitty blade. In the picture there is a small spot cut in the wood on the top left of the tree, this blade did this and it couldn't even cut straight due to the curvature of the blade, the longer line is made by a cheap port freight blade which was old and no bend at all cut.

This 1/8 inch blade isn't the best, but it works for what I do. The blade tends to wander when the teeth change direction slightly. I cut 3/8 inch cedar for gnome parts. If you need precision, pay more for a better blade. This is a rework. I spent about 4 hours without a blade before it broke. I cut 3/4" thick mahogany. Time to buy a real blade

Please spend more money to get a good blade. They work very well for about 20 or 30 cuts and then go to hell. I substituted the standard 1/8 inch blade so I could make rip cuts on the white oak I had. I figured a wider blade with a more appropriate pitch for slashing would be better. God I was wrong. I let 2 of these fly apart in the weld. The blade cut well enough that I thought the first was an accident and got the second. The same thing happened after about 20 cuts. I put on a small thin…

Smooth cuts, easy-to-follow lines and curves

Attaches to a 9" Harbor Freight band saw. It has an extremely smooth cut and follows the line easily. Hardwood due to the high number of teeth, but cuts still good if you take your time. The cross cuts (perpendicular to the grain) are very good.I mainly use my bandsaw to roughly cut plywood or MDF router templates (to refine by filing and sanding) or 4/4- Roughly cutting hardwoods like walnut and maple to use on the router with these templates, too stiff, but I was happy enough with the cut…
