Having been a black eye liner user for many years, I decided to go with something that was still dark but a little less severe. The color almost appears brown, but does have a plum tone to it. Read the reviews and decided to size down. I'm not sure if I missed it in the description but it seems to be a high waisted belt. It does not fit around the lower hips for regular shorts (little bummed) I can use for my high rise pants but even that is the last one. Its overall a good quality just get your regular size belt.
