Really good for the price.

This is the second blade we have ordered. The first lasted a few months with regular use, mostly on aluminum and mild steel. It cuts well for us and we use coolant. Will definitely order again in the future.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Clean

Quality Blades - Blades

I use these blades on my 7"x12" band saw. I made about 60 cuts with one blade. Materials include 2" 1018 cold rolled chucks, 6" .180 wall tubing, 6x8.2 bores and everything in between. So far, so good. I also use Lennox patches.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not the best

Great Blades! Clean cut and long service life!

I've been using these saw blades on my Jet 7x12" band saw for over a year. I've cut tons of mild steel from .090" wall pipe to 1x6" strip and have had nothing but good results what can I say. Cut out a 1/2" sheet of aluminum last week and have a finish that looks as good as if I machined it. Use coolant when you can, use sensible feeds and these blades will take care of you! Excellent value for money.

  • New

The Best Blade of Blades

This is an amazing blade. I've used all kinds and I'm so glad I came across this one. I'm cutting 1/4" stainless steel pipe with a mild steel angle plate. Absolutely no problem. I've been cutting a lot of metal including some heavy duty U-profile for the past 3 weeks with no problems. I'm still on the first sheet, will only from now on I buy these, I need the next blade for my hand band saw and I checked to see if they also have it.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Upgrades

Good quality for the price

I don't know why they say it's for soft materials. Unless it's carbide or abrasive, most blades won't touch anything hard. I cut almost anything, but mostly steel. For that it works very well. I used to have an 8-10 blade but sometimes it was too aggressive. It may take a little longer, but I have time. The latter died when, in a long cut, he knocked out several teeth and erased the rest. It will happen. All in all a good blade.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • boring packaging

Finally a decent saw for my bandsaw

bandsaw for port freight, always worked fine. I've always used HF blades. The store stopped selling 3/4 inch blades so I bought this one. NO MATTER! Saw like a new saw. Cuts are smooth, straight and quick. I had no idea the problem was with the HF blade and not the car. The HF blades didn't last very long. I've only used the new one twice but looking at the blade I think it will last a lot longer.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

The item arrived defective from the factory. The welding point of the blade is wrong. The blade cracks 1.5-2mm at the weld. You need to wait for a clean spot right after welding to put down the disk and start cutting, so it won't crack when cutting. Port freight drives do a better job for a lot less money. If that's ok, then Morse or another blade manufacturer would be a better fit.

Pros
  • Very impressive

Not recommended for band saws

2 stars for this blade. I ordered 2 pieces in December last year. Literally used them for the first time today. Installed the blade and found it was slightly bent at the weld. Since we were in production we had to cut out a piece so we went ahead and cut out a beam with it. Broken near the weld in 1/4 pass. Installed second blade and no problems with it. Cuts through butter like a hot knife. Cost wise we will continue to purchase from our tooling supplier as this purchase was worth more thanโ€ฆ

Pros
  • band saws
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

Delivered as promised - great cut

Delivery was as promised. Well packaged - simple, straightforward, protected but not overloaded with unnecessary and superfluous materials. I was impressed by the "mouth guard" - a plastic channel that is attached to the tooth side of the blade. I first saw this on a blade I bought somewhere. The saw blade could be mounted on the band saw without any problems. Cut about a dozen pieces of angle iron and steel box pipe with a constant flow of coolant to the saw blade. Cuts precisely and silently,

Pros
  • Saw blades, parts and accessories
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Blade arrived bent and unusable

Update: The seller quickly contacted me after I left a review below. They offered to send replacements and expedite delivery. The new bracelet arrived in better condition than the first. Now I have a good blade on my saw. Upgrading the rating for customer service. I'm still not sure about the general quality control but for now I'm happy with the result. First Review: Let me start by saying that I know how to use a band saw. I took it out of the box very carefully and unfolded it. Also, placeโ€ฆ
