    Does not cut pine board.

I bought this because I like Bosch auto parts. But the only good thing about this blade is that it fits the saw. This would be good for thin stocks. But every board of every thickness is a fight with this blade. Forget SPF 2x4, don't cut it off without strong coercion.

GARBAGE! Broke after a few cuts.

As a hobby, I sharpen wood and mainly use a band saw to cut branches to length. I bought this blade in mid-July 2021 (today September 4th) and have used it very little. My garage workshop has been over 90 degrees for the past two months, so I've done very little woodworking. Today I cut a piece of pine and the blade broke in half. Approximately 45 days with very light use. Expected more from Bosch.

Doesn't seem safe for band saws

I didn't read the top ratings I was just looking at the overall score which hopefully helps bring the average down to what I want bring should be. I haven't checked sharpness yet as I only cut 1/4" MDF. BUT . misaligned teeth on the blade make it impossible to cut the correct line and when I bought the 1/4" version I was hoping for a thin kerf - forget it. Don't be me - read the reviews before you buy this. Someone needs to write BS - 5 star reviews to counteract exact 1 star reviews.

    Worst blade I've ever used!

I have been a woodworking professional for 30 years and have used almost every blade brand. These Bosch blades were bought on a whim to try. Never again. I'd have better luck cutting wood with a butter knife. These blades are so dull I could barely walk through a 1-1/2 inch piece of wood. Never in my life have I used such a useless blade. I have used dull blades which are actually sharper than this new blade. Don't waste your time and money, buy something better.

Can't recommend a good one for saw blades, parts and accessories

I bought this saw blade because of the price so I wasn't expecting much. But this blade turned out to be much worse than expected. It tracked poorly and was very boring. Tried to use - tried to please but couldn't. It was about half an hour on my saw before I gave up and put on a used Olson blade. The used blade (who knows how many hours) draws and cuts so much better than this Bosch blade that I threw the Bosch in the trash. My advice is don't waste your money on this. Spend a little more and…

    • I vaguely remember

Not having a 12 inch band saw I borrowed it and bought this saw to cut small parts. I had a preconceived notion that an 18 tooth would be too slow and a 6 tooth would be better. Well I was wrong. The results were terrible. The bit was three times larger than necessary, so the results were ragged and unusable. Had to go back to owner's blade which wasn't as slow as I expected and did a good job. Maybe it would be okay if Bosch pulled the set out of its teeth, but by the looks of it, it's not…

was it new on power tool parts and accessories

After using Sears 80 inch blades for 50 years, we were disappointed that Sears almost fell apart. It's hard to find a good blade to replace a bandsaw. Buying Revain would be a safe bet. Within 30 seconds of cutting the 1/2 inch black walnut it was obvious that this blade was USELESS. The teeth felt sharp in the hand but it cut VERY slowly, cut much wider due to the large offset of the teeth and you could hear the weld going through the wood. Where can you find the blades you are used to from a…

Worst blade I have ever used

This is the worst blade I have ever used. I set up one of these blades to cut 2 inches of figured maple and satin. The first few cuts were rough and cutting was surprisingly slow. The next few cuts were even slower and the wood started to burn. Even when I tried to cut spruce, which is quite soft, the cut was slow and the edge was rough. After using the disc for a day, I looked closely at the teeth and they looked worn. I have used Olsen 1/4" 6 TPI saw blades on my bandsaw in the past for…
