Review on TOMSOO Dimmable Magnifying Lamp Clamp by Brooke Wenzel

When I installed the lamp and opened the lens cap, the cap came loose. It was disappointing. Then I removed the lamp and saw that the bracket was also broken (bent). I contacted the seller and explained the situation - As a reasonable person. The seller replied in less than 24 hours and apologized for "my inconvenience". and offered a replacement, to which I agreed. A week later, Tomsoo took care of my complaint and now I have an almost new magnifying lamp. Technically, this is a fine 2.25x magnifying lamp. If you want to work with a very sensible manufacturer who obviously cares about "customer service" then you need to consider Tomsoo. Customer service is absolutely essential these days - and Tomsoo obviously understands that fact.
