I'm someone who gets hot easily and in my office temperatures of up to 74 degrees in summer are considered normal. This fan is actually quite powerful and does wonders to keep me cool, plus it has the added bonus of being cute, which can annoy some people. I really only use it in my office, which makes it easy to keep track of where the charging cable is. But I have to recommend it because it's powerful and cooling. Lights are a fun added bonus and are fun and cute.
