First off, this thing works and is very reasonably priced. However, if I was going to add another smart switch I would shop around. A couple of complaints:- The faceplate nearly made me lose my mind. I spent 30 minutes (seriously!) moving the switch closer and further from the wall trying to get the snaps to engage, but they refused to clip on. In the end I used tape to secure it.- The app is a bit confusing. The English translation is terrible. For example: there were two buttons I needed to click. They should have been labeled "Save" but they were instead labeled "Completed". Nonsensical and confusing. Sloppy work.Anyways, once I finally gave up on the faceplate and taped it in place, and spent a few extra minutes struggling to understand that "Completed" was a button I had to press to save changes, the switch worked very nicely with my Echo. If you want a cheap switch that works, this may do the trick for you.
