I am writing this because I couldn’t find the review on amazon mentioning this.I bought this hub because I wanted to use it with Hubitat Home Elevation Hub. But after buying this I found out that I need to but a pro hub for hubitat compatibility.That hub is about $90 more expensive that this.The hub on its own works okay but it is a major feature that is missing.

Lutron's products are easy to install and robust. They never loose their Wi-Fi identity. I really like their pico control.

I didn't check my home wiring and realized after I tried to install these that they require the newer wiring that has the four wire electrical wire with a power, return, ground and the fourth neutral wire. I have the older your of wires in my house. So I had to return these and get ones that do not require a fourth neutral wire. Those work great. So check your home wiring before you make your purchase.

Works great, you have to adjust to the lights your using so you don't get the lights flashing. Also you will need the Smart Hub if you're planning on using it with Alexa.

This system works flawlessly. I used it to replace one switch on a three-way system. Instructions for installations more involved than a single switch replacement you can find online from Lutron. Overall very pleased with the quality and integration.

Picture is misleading. It shows it having 2 faceplates, it only came with one. Didn't use them anyway due to double gangbox. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

I installed a bunch of these devices. They integrate beautifully with Alexa. I will soon have the whole house automated.

This unit had more wires than a Lutron I installed in the past, including a white neutral wire that needed to be hard wired. With very friendly phone assistance, I was able to make all the right connections.

Got it to convert the light over the table so it could be switched from either door. Worked fine for that where tp link switches would not work. A lot of my other switches are tp link. This product should use wifi as I don't want to have to buy an $80 to $100 bridge to put it on the web. It uses its own non-standard protocol. If you had many, it might be worth it, but for one unit, way to much cost for web enable.Update: got the hub as part of a kit. Works well on Google Home.

Work great as part of my smart home and really make setting lights easy. PicoRemote allows me to control several sets from one remote

The money was well spent. I enjoyed every features in it. I have a full control of my light on my phone. I will buy more of them for my house. I will highly recommend it.

Great product overall and elegantly solved my problem.One thing you need to know is the potential LED ghosting/glow issue after it’s turned off (happened with this model). With some extra work, it can be solved. Just google "lutron LED ghosting”.

Lutron Caseta switches are the easiest to install especially in multiple switch configurations. Since they use a hub it's local control and it works instantly with no delay and is very reliable. I also like how it work with virtually every platform including homekit flawlessly. The only negative thing would be the price

Lutron is used throughout our home and works seamlessly with the system. I used this one to be able to voice control a bathroom light to turn off when people would walk out leaving it on. Lutron is easy to integrate with Alexa.

It’s so strange this one has to have a neutral wire when the dimmer version doesn’t need it but regardless, it works great like all my Lutron smart switches. Just make sure you wire the actual live wire to the live input and load to the load wire. My junction box had the wire colors flipped when I changed out the old switch and had to do some trial and error before I found out that location had used the wrong color wires. Moral of the story is test your wires with a voltage meter first…

This was exactly what I needed for my NON-Dimmable LED lights. Everything works. This is the best brand because it just works. And I was able to pair it with one of the older occupancy sensors which I already had.
