The hardware kit is excellent. The body mount on my DSLR camera fits perfectly. The glass reflects the text of the teleprompter at will. Initially the iOS phone/tablet app that came with this product didn't allow copy/paste and I wrote a scathing 1 star review. Eventually (after a few days or so) when I tried again to see if I could troubleshoot, I found that it worked. I've used it quite extensively and the app is stable. I suspect that the manufacturer has fixed the application and I am now completely satisfied. As long as the application is running, this product is a complete package. The wireless controller stick only works with their app, so it is important that the app works. I have used it many times and it completely relieves my needs. If you're looking to buy this product make sure the phone app works first and if it works then it's an impressive product and I highly recommend it. Who fixed the app? THANK YOU SO MUCH!
