Received face shield, there is some "collecting" left. I assembled it and the handles allow the shield to go down instead of going up like I'm sure it should. I know he shouldn't go down because he has nowhere to go since I can't teleport him through his neck. And before following your advice, I tried changing knobs and PRESTO! no change (wow, wah, wah) It's a cheap guard at a cheap price, end of story. The bottom line is it keeps those disc fragments from poking my husband's cheek and that's all that matters. If I had more money for a face shield I would choose a better quality.
