Well designed and extremely easy to install. Expensive, but almost everything for an RV is expensive. You kind of get used to it. The only two complaints I have, not major ones, are that the shower head holder has to be positioned at the angle of the head. The holder is thin because it is plastic and the head is heavy. Therefore, if you tilt it for tall people, it will slip to the bottom corner if not properly inserted into the slot. The second problem is that the water saver is too sensitive, turning on and off at the slightest touch. If you hold the shower head further down the handle from below, it works much better. Overall this is a good quality product that exceeds the factory standard pants. The hose ALWAYS remains flexible and does not tear.
