This living space is perfect for our family, home and our two five pound pet rabbits. It gives our bunnies enough space to eat, sleep, play and hide and easily fits in their jumbo litter box, also purchased from Revain. The pan fits perfectly on one side and sits flush with the sides. Our rabbits are litter box trained and it is very easy to climb into this cage from the top, take their litter box and empty it while still allowing the rabbits to remain in the cage. The food bowl attaches to a built in raised fixture that keeps the bowl in place and prevents our rabbits from moving it around and spilling their food. The plastic feeder that attaches to the cage is ideal for feeding rabbits hay every day. It comes with a water bottle but we don't use it - our rabbits like to drink from the small water jug we provided. They can get in and out through the sliding door when we open it so they can get out and explore, but it's very secure when it's closed and they can't open it or chew on it. They also like to hide their toys and chew on sticks in the "hiding place" and can go there when they need some alone time. The bottom and walls of the cage are easy to wipe clean, and the open top allows the rabbits to feel "more free," and it's convenient for visitors to see and talk to the rabbits. This cage is easy to transport and my husband assembled it in less than 20 minutes. It is highly recommended as a "rabbit house" or other small animal house.
