I liked that the description mentioned a portable air conditioner. I got it and it said humidifying air cooler. In other words, the fan became famous. This is normal for your personal space. You should put ice water or ice cubes in it to blow cold air. When it's very hot outside, it doesn't even cool your personal space. I'm desperate because we're going to hit 112 degrees tomorrow so I'm letting it go because I see it's better than nothing. My advice to you is don't waste $33,000 or $37,000 on taxes. It doesn't cost money, but when you're desperate, you're desperate. I really didn't feel like writing this review as I ordered another one from the same company which works great (different style but basically the same concept). In general, it's not worth the price paid for it. It's worth maybe half what I paid for it
