I always take my lunch to work, but often like to be able to use ketchup and/or mustard with microwave dishes like hamburger patties or national francs in Hebrew. I used to try to salvage small packages from fast food orders, but eventually the age of the packages really became an issue. The packaged ketchup sometimes looked like a mixture of plasma and clotted blood. My guess is that packages have an expiration date that eventually becomes real, but it's never clear what that is. These silicone squeeze tubes are the perfect replacement. I fill them with FRESH ketchup/mustard from my own fridge and the end of the tube has a cool, no-drip cap that modern condiment bottles seal cleanly with no residue. We also took these campsites and used the third one for cooking oil. The size was enough to meet the needs of four tourists for two days.
