At first I was very upset because nowhere on this product page does it state what is included and how much of what. I didn't know what I was getting and what sizes. Then I was very concerned by a review about a guy who said his jewelry was rusty. Still, I'm glad I took the risk! Metal to touch is very reliable and high quality, I am very satisfied! The delivery was incredibly fast, four days! I spent hours going through everything that was in the kit, grading and counting everything. I wanted to make sure to include details that aren't in the product description so that no one else feels this disappointment. Keep in mind you may get a different selection than me, as far as I know they give you random pieces. As a piercing specialist, I'm excited about all this new inventory and very happy to have all these different sizes for different locations! One problem I had was with the captive ball rings: the ball is difficult to pop out and extremely difficult to put back in, you need pliers to resize the horseshoe part. Another problem, in some places I had a lot of trouble unscrewing some of the balls, sometimes they can be quite tight. Some things I just couldn't take off. But remember that I'm a petite sophomore, my hands are not that rough and strong. My dad had all the eggs, which I couldn't do without problems. If you feel like your hands are strong, then don't worry! And then the last problem I had, on some round lips the screw portion on the shank is much longer than necessary and you can still see part of the screw construction even with the ball screwed on. This can potentially damage the healed fistula (penetration tunnel) and cause more pain than is needed for the healing lip. I will use these parts as a last resort. This really is a wonderful deal and I'm so happy I took the risk! The tweezers provided are not the ones pictured on the septum but that's ok, you should still buy real metal if you are serious about the piercing! If these clips don't work for you, you can use paper clips or frog clips. I also have 25 different retainers, also in different sizes, but I can't figure out the sizes. It also came with 25 x 16g needles and 25 x 14g needles expiring in 2020 and sterilized and boxed this year 2015. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the disappointment stemming from the fact that the product description didn't state what I would be getting. So between jewelry and retainer it was 145 pieces, with needles it was 195 pieces, then after adding two alcohol swabs and forceps 198 pieces (: much more than expected!
