So I have a camera for my wife for Christmas. He did a fantastic job that evening taking great videos and photos. Unfortunately, after a few days, I found that it wasn't loading. I contacted Revain and a few days later they sent me a new replacement camera with shipping labels for the defective one. I appreciated the fact that they gave me a few weeks to return the camera to them. I sent it back and a few days later I received confirmation that we were fine. Great experience with Amazon.
