Not exactly what I need

First I needed a small device to chop a small amount of food like onion, garlic, shallot, parsley. etc. There is no denying that the design is cute and the size is perfect. However, I was a bit disappointed with the results. It handles rough cuts quite well now, don't get me wrong. But I was hoping for more subtle results. If you put in too much, it won't work. If you add too little, all of the ingredients will stick to the sides and you'll end up with larger chunks than you'd like. I have yet to find a middle ground where this works for the desired results I'm looking for. I even tried adding oil to the mixture in hopes that the larger particles would slide into the blade. It does not come with a power adapter. Comes with a cable to connect to a USB power adapter. The blade is very thin and therefore a bit flimsy, but very sharp. Like ripped aluminum from a soda can. The operating instructions recommended only short-term use. And for a break between them, a couple of minutes are used to extend the life of the motor. It is not intended for long term mixing. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. This is a solid product for casual use and for those with limited space. I'm just looking for something that can give much better results. I will continue to work with him. Maybe I just need to work on the amount of ingredients I add and find the perfect amount.
