There were days on the road or out of town when I didn't have this toothpaste with me. Every time I came back I noticed a difference in the color of my teeth meaning they were less white. I can't say that this "Extra Whitening" formula makes my teeth exceptionally white like they've been whitened, but I can say that regular daily use has helped remove a small portion of my old stains and to prevent new discolouration for me. coffee lovers. I really like that mild mint flavor (it's not "spicy") and my mouth feels refreshed after every brushing, unlike some other brands of natural toothpastes that have an unpleasant mint taste and no fresh feeling afterwards. Overall, I like this toothpaste so much that I recommend trying it. I didn't give five stars because I haven't tried enough natural toothpastes to say that Dr. Sheffield is the best. PS When it comes down to it, this tube can stand upright on its cap!
