I'm competing in a triathlon, so increasing speed and improving aerodynamics are my main goals when riding a bike. I did a lot of research before buying this helmet. I was still skeptical when I first bought this helmet because I had a hard time imagining that a helmet could make such a big difference and I was happy to say I was wrong. This helmet made me about 1 km/h faster after my second helmet ride. Initially I had to adjust to a slightly more limited field of vision in the helmet, it also covers my ears more than my normal bike helmet and gets hotter. Despite these small changes, I love this helmet. It's worth the investment if you're trying to improve speed and aerodynamics. I highly recommend this product.
