My daughter is 3 years old and uses these brushes. The heads are small enough for me to maneuver in her mouth if I help her, and they fit in small hands. This pack is available in a choice of colors, not your choice. I got two "brindle" (orange with black stripe), two green and two pink brushes. If your child isn't picky (not mine), this shouldn't be a problem. The cases with the brushes are also designed as travel cases. They offer a thorough cleaning, plus you can keep your old brushes and print a return label from the Preserve website and send them back to the company for free, where they recycle them (brushes - everything except the bristles - - made from #5 recycled plastic like yoghurt pot). My family and I use Preserve toothbrushes, keep them in a little box under the sink and send them back every year. This is a great product. Helps us keep our teeth clean and also helps the environment. Brilliant.
