Broken/false advertising

I really thought I was going to get a USB 3.0 model from the pictures so was understandably disappointed when I got the 2.0 model. Turns out the photos show a 3.0 model no matter what, the only thing that tells you it's not the very misleading name that added "version 2.0" at the end in hopes that nobody would would notice. It's not even bad: this thing doesn't even work! everything I can connect it to doesn't read it, I've even tried all 3 ways of connecting it. Nothing! I was very disappointed and now I know I will never use this company again.
