Bluetooth is hard to put in ear
Bluetooth was bought because I needed to use my phone in hands-free mode. It is very difficult to keep the device in the ear. You have to constantly adjust the device and then reconfigure it, otherwise it will fall out of your ear. Sometimes I have to hold onto it and when I do I find the sound quality to be excellent. Engineers have to find a way to solve the problem.
