Take one size larger than chart recommends
I wear a 7 3/8 hat so the chart says the big ones should be too tight. Sent it back and got x-large from another seller, it fit perfectly. I did notice that it had a few small, shallow scratches, but you have to REALLY look closely to notice them. I would definitely buy again.
