The bra itself is snug the adjustable chest band helps a little; I usually have issues with the band being too tight and the bra too big, it’s still tight on the band so it helps. The shoulder straps are too long so it makes the high impact less, more mid impact. The push up has a weird shape. The bra itself compresses everything making the goods flat and wide and the padding is for a smaller perky chest so it’s like having hills on a mountain. It’s just okay. Still searching for the perfect high impact bra.
