Broke 1st use on my review.
This is sold has professional, but it's definitely not sturdy enough. The 1st time I used it, I cut 30 pounds of cake donuts with no problem.When I moved on to yeast donuts, which are a tougher dough, the handle broke off on the 1st screen. I can still use it, but I have to be careful not to get cut. I know I could send it back, but I don't think the seller realized the needs of professional bakers. It would be great for a home baker.
